Yes they are..we hauled in a 22" 5 lb triple about a year ago..he was under a deck brush floating 20 miles out at sea...

thanks....it was a loooong day. not very fast action...but, by this time next week, i'll know all the FWC guys by 1st name b4 they reach me.

whew....long day of fishin. finally got my trout limit, and 1 24" cobia...not to mention, my uncle and i were visited 3 times by FWC. that is 5 times this month alone! gatta love labor day weekend!
